What information we collect
When you submit an RFQ form or send an email inquiry, we collect your name, business email address, company name, country, part description, project timeline, and attached CAD drawing files.
How we use your technical drawings
CAD files and drawings are used strictly to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, calculate tooling dimensions, and provide accurate cost estimates. Files are shared only with authorized factory tooling engineers and our European engineering liaison.
No marketing tracking or third party sales
We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact details to brokers, marketing aggregators, or external advertisers. We do not use intrusive cross site tracking scripts.
Data deletion requests
You may request complete removal of your submitted contact details, CAD models, and technical drawings at any time. Send your request to consulting@isurusworks.com for permanent file deletion.
To request permanent deletion of your project files, email consulting@isurusworks.com with your company name and part reference.
